What do I get when I start the free trial?
You’ll receive:

Is the book really free?
Yes. When you start your trial, we ship the book to you, just pay shipping and handling. You can keep the book even if you decide not to continue after the trial.

How long will it take for the book to be delivered? 

If you live in the United States, please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. If you’re international, please allow 4 to 6 weeks.

What happens after the 14-day trial?
Unless you cancel, your account will automatically continue at $47/month. You’ll keep access to your dashboard, premium reports, team features, and monthly coaching.

How do I save money with the annual upgrade?

You only pay for 10 months of time but we give you access to your account for 12 months. Thats 2 months for FREE and all you pay is $470/year.

How many credits do I get when I upgrade to the annual plan?

You get DOUBLE the credits. These credits will also roll over if you don't use them! 

Can I cancel before the trial ends?
Yes. You can cancel any time before the 14 days are up and you won’t be charged. You’ll still keep your book and any reports downloaded during the trial.

Do I get to keep the reports after canceling?
Yes. Any premium personality reports you generate during your trial are yours to keep, even if you cancel.

How many reports do I get?
You’ll receive 30 premium reports per month while your account is active. These can be used for team members, clients, hires, or students.

Is this just a personality quiz?
No. This is a full platform for business owners, coaches, and team leaders to understand, lead, and coach more effectively. It includes reports, team dashboards, admin tools, coaching, and onboarding support.

Can I use this for my clients or students?
Yes. Coaches and educators often use the platform to better understand and support clients or students. You can export reports, share access, and guide them using the Understand.Me Success Path.

Do I need to install anything?
No. The platform is 100% cloud-based. You can log in from any device.

Do I need to attend the live coaching sessions?
No. They’re completely optional. Replays are also available if you prefer to watch on your own schedule.

What if I want more reports or features?
Your account includes 30 reports/month. If you need more, you can upgrade or purchase additional packs inside your dashboard.

Is there a refund policy?
Because the trial is free and includes physical products and digital access, there is no refund. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

How is this different from DISC, Myers-Briggs, or Enneagram?
The Understanding Personality Platform combines insights from multiple models into a practical system built for hiring, coaching, and team leadership. It focuses on application, not just theory.

Is there a limit on how many people I can invite?
Your base account allows for up to 30 reports/month. You can invite as many people as you like and assign reports as needed. For larger teams, bulk upgrades are available.

What if I have questions during the trial?
You’ll have access to live onboarding calls, tutorials, and email support to help you get the most out of the platform.

Do I have to use all 30 reports in the trial?
No. You can use as many (or as few) as you like. Unused report credits do not roll over.

Will I lose access to the book if I cancel?
No. The book is yours to keep.
